**SUMMER CAMPS**
Our Summer camps got underway last week and we had great week of fun of tennis! Camp 2 gets underway on Monday 12th- Friday 16th with a few spaces remaining in the 7-9 yr old camp (4 spaces) and 10-12yr old camp (6 spaces). Teen Camp next week is full. Just a few points below as a reminder for everyone doing the camps:
– Please ensure the kids come dressed appropriately for tennis, wearing correct footwear and sports clothing.
– Please bring a rainjacket and also suncream each day as we never quite know what our lovely Irish weather has in store for us!
– Please bring water and kids may bring a snack if they wish.
– Please remember to follow all Covid rules regarding isolating if a close contact and staying home if unwell.
For Camp 3 (July 26th-30th), Camp 4 (August 2nd-6th) and Camp 5 (Aug 9th-13th), we are now allowing non member bring a friend option for our Teen Camp also aswell as our 7-9yr old and 10-12 yr old camp. Teen camp will cater for social/ intermediate plus more advanced players together, with players grouped according to level and an extra coach or hitting assistant if necessary.
All places can be booked through the website on Easy Plus payments. Those looking to register a friend, go through to booking and you will see the option to add a name.
*JUNIOR HANDICAPS AND CHAMPIONSHIPS*
The Junior Handicaps starts on July 19th and those wishing to enter may text Rob Neiland on 087-3926687. Junior Championships takes place from August 16th-21st. I will be in touch soon when entries are open. I would encourage all our juniors to get involved in both tournaments! Also, please see some other tournaments below which are open for entry around the country on tournament software.
