We are coming to the end of Term 1 Junior Coaching. Please read carefully the dates left where we still have classes to catch up on from bad weather.

Saturdays: finished Dec 7th (except for Aines 2-4pm squad, 1 more class Sat 14th)

Mondays: Finished Dec 9th.

Tuesdays : finished, we had our last class Dec 3rd.

Wednesdays: last classes Dec 11th

Thursdays: 2 days to make up. tennis on Dec 12th and Dec 19th.

**MATCHPLAY**
We are going to run Matchplay Days for the following ages on the following dates. Please email aineleonardtennis@gmail.com by Friday 13th if your child would like to play. Table tennis and games upstairs for in between matches.

Monday Dec 16th 4-7pm: born 2007/2008

Tuesday Dec 17th 4-7pm: born 2009/2010

Wednesday Dec 18th 5-7pm: born 2003/2004/2005/2006

**TRIP TO FUNDERLAND**
I am organising a trip to Funderland on Sunday Jan 12th for ages 12-16. We would love to have all our young juniors come along and have some fun together before we knuckle down and get back to working hard on court for Term 2! Please email aineleonardtennis@gmail.com by Friday Dec 13th if your child is interested in joining us so I can plan ahead for tickets, assistants etc.

**HITTING PRACTISE**
Our wonderful Ladies Champion Maebh Moore is travelling to Kabwe in Zambia in June 2020 on a volunteer trip building houses. As part of her fundraising efforts, she is looking to do hitting practise with our young players. Please contact Maebh on 083 4481680 to arrange hitting for 10e an hour. This is a great time to avail of this over the quieter Christmas period before coaching starts again in Jan so your child can stay active and keep practising their skills!

A full list of our hitting assistants are available on the noticeboard outside the clubhouse.

**JUNIOR CHRISTMAS PARTY**
We are having a Christmas Party for our younger Juniors on Fri Dec 20th. Christmas jumpers encouraged! Rob will be in touch with more details.
