*Junior Championships*

Entry deadline for this year’s Junior Championships extended to Monday August 5th 6pm. Sign up sheets are on the noticeboard in the clubhouse until then. Alternatively, please email Aine at aineleonardtennis@gmail.com with child’s name, dob, parent contact number, events (singles, doubles, mixed) and partners names or if partners are required. Draws and schedule to follow next week. I hope to see all our juniors getting involved in what promises to be a great week! The tournament will run from Aug 12th- Aug 17th.

* Summer Camps*

Just a reminder that next week’s camp is a 4 day camp from Tuesday- Friday. No camp on August Bank Holiday Monday.

*Upcoming U14 & U18 Junior League*

U14 & U18 Junior League is approaching and I am looking for all those interested in playing to email me at aineleonardtennis@gmail.com by Monday Aug 12th at the latest please. U18 teams consist of 4 players (2 singles, 1 doubles). U14 teams consist of 6 players (3 doubles). We are considering entering 2 U14 boys teams and 2 U14 girls teams this year, however, this is only if we have enough interest. There is no restriction on U12s playing so I would like for all interested U12s to put their names forward also. Matches are on Sunday afternoons (either 4pm or 5.30pm) from Sunday 22nd September running through to finals day on Sunday 17th November. If we do enter 4 U14 teams, this is a big commitment with 12 girls and 12 boys needed each week plus subs, so we would hope for all players to be available for all matches if possible. I would love for us to have extra teams in this year so I am calling on all our eligible juniors (born 2005 or later) to sign up for playing/ subbing!

** Junior Coaching Term 1 Registration Form**

Registration for Term 1 of the Junior Coaching 2019/2020 season is now open. We are also introducing Teen Cardio for ages 15-20 on Saturday afternoons. Forms only please for initial sign up so I don’t miss anyone with a mix of calls, emails, texts! Online payment open from next Wednesday August 14th. Thank you,
