We are pleased to publish an updated set of tennis court booking rules for members. This document clarifies all of the rules regarding senior and junior booking times and processes, bearing in mind our safeguarding rules for juniors. A number of changes have been introduced, especially regarding junior usage at weekends. The document also details the rules for coach court usage, both club and private classes, throughout the full week. We are hoping to implement some additional automation via CM365 for 16-17 year olds being able to book directly during allowed senior times and also for visitor bookings. As and when these are implemented a notice will be included in the next Newsletter.
