Beginners Squash
The perfect place to start if you’re coming along for the first time. Lots of hand eye co-ordination games, running, catching and hitting getting children comfortable on court and learning the basics of hitting a squash ball.
Suitable for children as young as 5.
Intermediate / Advanced Squash
Once you can hit the ball consistently, serve and rally you’re ready to move up to the intermediate session. This is a mixed session with advanced players as well, groups are split into ability groups where you’ll practice technique, start trying more complicated routines, condition games and tactics and strategies for winning.
Junior coaching timetable
Every week we run coaching sessions for beginners right through to advanced juniors. Junior coaching runs all year round on a Saturday morning and a Tuesday evening.
From absolute beginners from the age of 5 right through to 18 year old national players, our expert coaching team can help you get the most from your time on court, making friends, having fun and competing at what ever level you want.

It is entirely fitting that Jenny received this honor the night before International Women’s Day, a time when we celebrate the achievements of women across all fields. Jenny has consistently inspired both young and experienced players alike, fostering a love for the sport and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her hard work and dedication have not only strengthened our club but have also contributed significantly to the growth of squash in Ireland.
